Open since 1963, the Cossu bakery stands out for the excellent quality of its baked goods. Here you can buy all kinds of bread, traditional Sardinian sweets such as the famous pabassini di Austis, unique in its kind, zippole and frati fritti. If you have to go on a long excursion, we recommend that you contact them for sandwiches or focaccia filled with the best local cold cuts and cheeses. The Cossu family has always been very attentive to customer needs and likes to experiment with new recipes that wink at tradition. The bakery is only open in the morning from 6 to 13, every day except Sunday.
