The Carale farmhouse is located in a splendid hilly area and has a large room with 80 seats and an external veranda. Here you can taste the typical dishes of Austis, starting from the classic appetizers such as cured meats, cheeses and vegetables, followed by the first courses, such as the fregula istuvada and gnocchetti a casu furriau, up to the second courses of meat: suckling pig, lamb and sheep. The meal always ends with a delicious dessert such as seada, pabassino or, especially during the carnival, sos orrubioloso. Bread and pizza are cooked in a wood oven.
